Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a hostess in a high-volume/ fine dining restaurant
Thorough knowledge of restaurant operations including food, beverage, service techniques and guest interaction
Knowledge of all reservations policies and able to make reservations
Ability to access and accurately input information in open table

Be familiar with service in a fine dining like setting
Opening and closing duties
Guest relations – Sanitation and safety
High volume operations

Working knowledge -Busser/Runner
Ability to work fast in a fast paced environment
Knowledge of safety & sanitary procedures in a fine dining like environment
