OPEN INTERVIEW DETAILS

• When: Friday, November 1st
• Time: 2:30pm – 4:30pm
• Where: Better Buzz Coffee, San Marcos – 904 W San Marcos Blvd, San Marcos, CA 92078
• What to bring: you, a copy of your resume, and a smile (feel free to bring a friend too!)

The ideal Better Buzz BARISTA will:

• Deliver the Better Buzz experience, fast and friendly service, with a community approach to coffee.
• Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about coffee, tea, drink preparation, food items, and products.
• Prepare and serve beverages and food items consistently by adhering to all recipe standards.
• Assist with setup, cleanup, stock work, and special tasks.
• Maintain a clean and inviting store environment for customers and team members.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 2 year experience in food service industry
• Drive-Thru experience and previous fast paced coffee experience a preferred.
• Must value team work, collaboration and excellent customer service.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers.
• Must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on store needs.
