Experienced Restaurant Asst. GM (PREMIUM SALARY) (PACIFIC BEACH)

SEEKING EXPERIENCED RESTAURANT MANAGER IN PACIFIC BEACH

We are hiring a full time Assistant General Manager for our company, Sunset Restaurant Management Group (Cabo Cantina, Jameson’s Pub etc.). This position is for our Baja Beach Cafe location in Pacific Beach. The role requires extensive floor managing in a high volume property. Come work in paradise at our bustling beachfront location!

Qualifications and Skills:
-At least 4 years experience in a management capacity, preferably in a corporate chain restaurant (i.e. Fridays, BJ’s, Lazy Dog Cafe, Tilted Kilt, etc.).

-Ability to manage supporting Management Staff, FOH staff & BOH staff.

-Excellent communication skills and a responsible, mature, professional demeanor.

-Resourceful, result oriented, self-starter, with strong work ethic and job commitment.

-Skilled in scheduling, customer service, problem solving, cash handling, bar cost controls, inventory, pour controls, implementing policies, high volume purchasing and liquor promotions.

-Knowledge of ALOHA systems preferred but not necessary.
