The Bluebird Cocktail Room seeks bartenders. Full and part-time positions available. To be considered, candidates must have a minimum of two year’s bartending experience. This position is suited for a career bartender or, at the very least, a new professional with high-volume experience who is passionate about the cocktail craft and committed to learning. Experience in delivering a high quality product behind a thriving bar is a must. Full weekend availability is a must. Proper technique and bar etiquette required. This is a scratch bar – knowledge of and interest in making bitters and syrups, large format ice carving, and kegging cocktails a plus, but not required. We are more than happy to teach the right person who comes with curiosity and enthusiasm. Must be of legal drinking age to apply.
