Long time established Italian Restaurant seeks experienced Chef for Italian Restaurant in San Diego.
Capable of executing a wide range of dishes : Sauces, Pastas, Stocks and Grilling, Sautéed, Salads and Dessert.
Minimum 5 years experience as Chef. Able to manage a schedule and keep it within a budget. High sanitation and food safety standards required.
This is a 6 days a week position.
