One of the major responsibilities of the overnight receptionist is security, making sure to check keys to ensure that only guests and staff enter the hostel, keep noise under control while still maintaining a pleasant and welcoming manner. Other duties include:

— check guests in and out and correct reservations mistakes.
— cleaning duties as requires, such as: empty trash in common areas, wipe down restrooms, tidy lounge.
— set up of breakfast items.

Looking for a responsible individual with an appearance of friendly authority who loves the idea of being able to work night hours and likes to interact with guests as they are returning from their night out on the town. Multiple languages a plus, previous graveyard work experience preferred.

Candidate must have the ability to sit, stand, walk, hear, speak, understand and write fluent and accurate English, have manual dexterity, ability to visually inspect tiny items, and lift up to 40 pounds.
