The Lion’s Share is looking for an experienced executive chef. We are a full service, from scratch kitchen with a menu that centers on wild game meats and modern techniques. Our food and cocktail menus change seasonally utilizing the best ingredients San Diego has to offer. The staff of The Lion’s Share is like family, and some have been with us for the entire eight years we have been open.

This position is for a full-time working chef including nights and weekends. The right candidate will be a motivated and energetic individual who is looking to be a part of a solid existing team. We expect a great attitude and we want someone who is able to work hand in hand with the service staff and is calm under pressure. You will be responsible for costing, scheduling, ordering, training, and menu development. The position is salaried and includes paid vacation and health benefits.
