Manager/Shift Supervisor (Downtown SD)

Whiskey Girl is looking for full time FOH manager / shift supervisor to join our team.

We expect this position to work together with the management team to ensure goals, service standards and security expectations are exceeded on every shift.

Qualifications:
-Must have 3+ years restaurant experience
-Must have 1+ years management experience
-Must have excellent communication & leadership skills
-Previous experience as bartender and server
-Experience running the floor, supervising employees, creative decision making
-Goal setting, team building, staff incentives
-Familiar with labor management, pour cost, food cost
-Experience with inventory, cost management, scheduling
-Must be available nights, weekends and for brunches

The position includes:
