We are hiring with a sign-on bonus!

10% of yearly salary will be paid out over 2 installments as a sign-on bonus (gross amount – before taxes) upon successful completion of 90 days of employment (1st installment of bonus) and 6 months after date of hire (2nd installment of bonus). Employee must be in good standing and receive a positive employee evaluation for payout.

Chef John Fraser is the accomplished restaurateur behind Manhattan’s NIX and The Loyal. JF Restaurants also operates collaboratively as Food and Beverage Partner to The Times Square EDITION and the Metropolitan Museum Dining Room.

In 2019, in partnership with Ian Schrager, JF Restaurants opened The Times Square EDITION and oversees all food and beverage at the new 452-room hotel in Times Square, including 701West, The Terrace at EDITION, Paradise Club and the Lobby Bar. For the past 10 years, Chef John Fraser has built a renowned restaurant group, garnishing industry wide recognition, multiple Michelin Stars and favorable accolades from the New York Times.

We are currently looking to fulfill a HOTEL BREAKFAST MANAGER position with many opportunities for growth for the right candidate.

What is Required:

-Prior experience in a high-volume restaurant setting.
-Prior management experience of a large hourly group.
-Open availability.
