Qualifications:
-Must have 3+ years restaurant experience
-Must have 1+ years management experience
-Must have excellent communication & leadership skills
-Previous experience as bartender and server
-Experience running the floor, supervising employees, creative decision making
-Goal setting, team building, staff incentives
-Familiar with labor management, pour cost, food cost
-Experience with inventory, cost management, scheduling
-Must be available nights, weekends and for brunches
